She was predeceased by: her parents, George Novak and Doris Novak (Gunn). She is survived by: her husband Brian Maas of Salem; her children, William Benjamin Brown of Chesapeake, OH, Jessica Kline (Ryan) of Renton, WA, Collin Maas of Sioux Falls, SD, Logan Maas of Sioux Falls, SD and Chad Brown (Stephanie) of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandchildren, Easton Brown, Xzavier Brown, Madeleine Kline, Matilda Kline, Carter Maas, Johnathan Brown and Phillip Brown; her sister Linda Wold (Guy) of Cass Lake; her nieces, Kendra Detwiler (Jim) of Cass Lake, MN, Tonia Karbowski (Tim) and Leah of Bemidji, MN; and her mother-in-law Janet Swanson (Carla Covrig). She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
