He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip McCormick and Leona McCormick (Heumiller); his brother Robert; his parents-in-law, William and Joan Rayman; and his granddaughter Kennedy Jibben.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Rayman; his children, Matt McCormick (Lori) and Katie Jibben (Chris); his siblings, Bill McCormick, Kevin McCormick (Jane), Philip McCormick (Angie), Carole McCormick (Roger Wanek) and Mary Jo Oertli (William); and his grandchildren, Michaela, Zane, Burke, Coy McCormick, Crayton and Paige Jibben. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials for a charity of the family's choice.
