He is survived by: his wife Nancy Weston of St. Lawrence; his sister Jeanette Campbell of Clarkston, WA; his children, David Ames (Carol) of Pierre, Amanda Ames of Pierre and Juli Hoftiezer (Ron) of Miller; and his brother-in-law Jim Baysinger of Forestburg. He is also survived by two grandsons; three granddaughters; three great grandchildren.
