She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman VanDenBerg and Lena VanDenBerg (Ligtenberg); her parents-in-law, Louie and Myrtle LaVelle Lanz; her stepmother-in-law Eva Fritts Lanz; her son-in-law Gary Russell; her grandsons, David John Engel, Preston Allen Engel and Dillon James Black; her grandson-in-law Scott Teason; her brother Max VanDenBerg; and her siblings-in-law, Dean Campbell, Louie Lanz (Vi) and Rae Chalcraft (Bill).
She is survived by: her husband David Lanz; her daughters, Leanna Resel (Dale) of St. Lawrence, Vicky Russell of St. Lawrence and Brenda Dedman (Daryl) of Gillette, WY; her siblings, Gwen Campbell of Ohio and Lowell; and her sister-in-law Marjorie VanDenBerg of Idaho. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
