He was predeceased by: his parents, Jens Nilson and Trina Nilson (Rikmo); his wife Mary Ann; and his siblings, Mabel, Nora, Orville, Harold, Helen, Reynold and Justin.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Nilson (Muriel) of Webster, SD and Cathy Christmann (Rod) of North Platte, NE. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the FIKSDAL FUNERAL SERVICE (122 W 5th Ave, Webster, SD 57274).
