He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Foltz and Mary Foltz (Wemhoff); his wife Doris Eisenmenger; his parents-in-law, Mark and Florence Eisenmenger; and his siblings, Eleanor, Henry, Paul, Joe, Ludwina, Alfred, William, Dorothy, Clem, Philomae and Stan.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Foley (Pat), Steve Foltz (Jeanne), Karen Hagen (Mark), Ron Foltz (Liana), Cindy Marohl (Mark), Tim Foltz (April), Kristi Matlon (Steve) and Sheri Willrodt (Mark); and his sister Valeria Foltz. He is also survived by his children and their spouses, Wilfred is survived by 24 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren.
