She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Bernard and Caroline Bernard (Neubauer); her husband Gordon; her children, Adeline and Andrew; and her great grandchild Evelyn.

She is survived by: her children, Pamela Eggen of Lake Elmo, MN, Janelle Lewis of Georgetown, TX, Mary Walter of Fairmount, ND, Brenda Foster of Rosholt, SD, Peggy Lillie of Forest Lake, MN, Greg Schiltz of Wahpeton, ND, Leslie Schiltz of Rosholt, SD, Beth Wills of Lancaster, OH and Lisa Torvik of Horace, ND; and her sister Julia Klosterman of Mooreton, ND. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and friends.
