She is survived by: her husband Dan of Rosholt; her children, Shawn Akerson of Gilbert, AZ and Heather Akerson of Wahpeton, ND; her grandchildren, Shelley Nygaard-Schoen (Austin) and Draven Richards; and her siblings, Carol Stanton (Pat) of Salisbury, CT and William Moersch (Sammy) of Vermont.
