He was predeceased by: his parents, John Grey Buffalo and Goldie Ella Varns; his daughter Anna Marie Greybuffalo; his siblings, Duane John Greybuffalo and Henry Orville Greybuffalo; and his great grandchild Mayah Rae Greybuffalo.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Greybuffalo; his children, Alice Greybuffalo of Sioux Fall, SD, Elwood Greybuffalo Jr. of Sioux Fall, SD, Leslie Greybuffalo (Carol) of Sioux Fall, SD, Ella Mae Greybuffalo of Rosholt, SD and Rhonda Sederberg (Clinton) of South Shore, SD; and his sisters, Lorraine Rousseau (Darryl) of Sisseton, SD and Betty Lou Greybuffalo of Deer Creek, Minnesota. He is also survived by friend, family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
