He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Elvin Estes and Bob Church. He is survived by: his parents, Keith Church and Kelly Church; his brothers, Brandon Church (Stacy Clark) and Aaron Church; his niece Adalynn; his nephew Dustin; his grandmothers, Darlene Estes and Joyce Church; and also Addy. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
