He is survived by: his children, Clyde West (Bobbi Davis) of Las Vegas, NV, Rebecca Hoffman (James) of Holloway, MN and Johnny West (Tami) of Silver Spring, FL; and his grandchildren, Cory Hoffman, Shelbee West, Tanner West, Amanda West, Bryce West and Brytani West.
