Jack Wilhelm Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jack Wilhelm of Rockham, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 4, 2025 at the age of 74. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Wilhelm and Altha Wilhelm (Schilter); his stepfather Glenn Stammer; and his siblings, Rolland Wilhelm and June Anderson.

He is survived by: his wife Rita Mae Jockheck; his children, Penny Coster (AJ) of Sioux Falls, Matthew of Rapid City and Jason of Miller; his grandchildren, Remington Coster, Ruby, Emma and Jack Wilhelm; his great grandchildren, Amarah and Josiah Wilhelm; and his sister-in-law Pat Wilhelm of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the United Church of Faulkton (1011 St John St, Faulkton, SD 57438). A prayer was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at the Miranda Cemetery.
