He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Selgeby and Muriel Selgeby (Kimball); his sisters, Mary Engebretson and Karen Bucholtz; his siblings-in-law, Beverly Fauver, Karen Omahen and Chuck Zahn; and his nephew Delmer Dale Zahn.

He is survived by: his wife Charlotte (Zahn); his daughter Laura of Richland Center, WI; his sister Lorna Johnson of Mobridge, SD; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Engebretson of Sioux Falls, SD, James Fauver of Visalia, CA, Gloria Zahn of Vancouver, WA, Bradley Zahn (Shirley) of Brandon, SD and Randy Zahn (Peggy) of Esko, MN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
