He is survived by: his former wife Debra Zahn; his wife Lisa; his children, Michael Cummings (Angie), Mary Krieg (Aaron), Andrew Heglin (Brittany), Austin Salameh (Bailey) and Ramzi Salameh (Tracey); his grandchildren, Kylie, Joshua, Sloane, Londyn and Jax; his siblings, Mary Murray, Dale Cummings (Shawna), Bill Cummings (Grace) and David Cummings (Leslie); and his close friend Jeremy Lindberg.
