It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Kay Peterson of Renner, South Dakota, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Christenson and Nina Christenson (Jurgens); her siblings-in-law, Juden and Beatrice Peterson (Wallin); and her brother Alfred Christenson (Fred).
She is survived by: her husband Wade; her children, Billy Peterson (Sherry) of Sioux Falls, Julie Erickson (Chad) of Renner and Jay Peterson (Carmela) of Albuquerque, NM; her brother Mark Christenson of Springfield, SD; her sister-in-law Sue Christenson of Cody, WY; her grandchildren, Dominique Thompson (Perry Larsen), Daryn Thompson, Danielle Ragsdale (Lance), Dena, Demi Erickson, Alyssa Peterson (Henry Yan), Amanda Peterson (Chris Santini), AJ Peterson (Brittany Jackson), Malik and Caleb Peterson; and her great grandchildren, Rose, Nina, Nikkole, John-Michael, Cynthia, Adalynn, Isaiah, Quinn, June, Lian and Charlette. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
