He was predeceased by: his father Francis Koeck; and his sister-in-law Tara Koeck. He is survived by: his mother Agnes Koeck (Lichty); his daughters, Misti Penmetcha (Sid), Rachel Koeck and Sarah Koeck; his close friend Lori Koeck; his granddaughter Tessa Koeck; and his siblings, Paul Koeck (Sheri), Jerry Koeck (Judy), Joe Koeck, Sheila Tople, Sharon Kingsley (Alan) and Diane Beidler (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
