He is survived by: his sons, Corey Carlson of Aberdeen, SD, John Carlson (Dawn) of Aberdeen, SD and Bob Carlson (Tina) of Crooks, SD; his grandchildren, Kolton, Kaylee, Riley and Dakotah; his close friend Shelda Johnson; his son Brian Johnson (Karen); his grandchildren, Andrew, Kelly and Layne; and his siblings, Charlotte Hoffman (Ray) of California, Patty Rosenau (Fred) of Clark, SD, Barb Winkler (Ken) of Iowa, Wayne Carlson (Paula) of Brookings, SD, Terry Carlson (Angela) of Minnesota, Mike Carlson (Connie) of Sioux Falls, SD and Jim Miller (Wanda) of Yankton, SD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
