Robert Dean Kesling Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Dean Kesling (Redfield, South Dakota), who passed away unexpectedly on May 23, 2022, at the age of 86,
Robert was borne April 15, 1936 to Thomas & Mildred (Sikes) Kesling. He lived in Redfield most of his life, other than 4 years where his family lived on a farm just south of Athol, SD. He attended school in Athol and also in Redfield until he was a sophomore in high school. Robert married Letha Kopplin, of Tulare, SD, on December 17, 1966 in Mitchell, SD.
Robert enjoyed many things in life during his free time, such as gardening, spending time at the family cabin at Cottonwood Lake, trains, movies, coin collecting, and helping family and friends with different projects.
Robert is is survived by his wife of 56 years Mildred Kesling one niece Sharon (David) Hoffard, great niece Marie Lile and great nephew's David Hoffard Jr and James Hoffard as well as many friends & family
Robert was preceded in death by his parents Thomas & Mildred and one brother Sonny.
