With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine Pfister Schmidt (Redfield, South Dakota), born in Belle Fourche, South Dakota, who passed away on February 26, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert Jungwirth and Henrietta Jungwirth (Esser); her husband Merton Pfister; and her brother James Jungwirth. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Tubandt (Doyle), Marty Pfister (Tina), Michele Pfister (Roy Amore), Michael Pfister (Betty Sanchez) and Colin Pfister (Beth); and her sister LuAnn Keating. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren, seven nieces and nephews.
