He is survived by: his parents, Neil Rice and Janet Rice (Akin); his siblings, Travis and Sarah; his wife Tommi Jo Casteel; his children, Mattie, Lane, Mesa and Levi; and also, Mecarty, Terry, Clint, Carol, Mary, Angela, Olivia, Addy, Halie, Dalton, Clayton, Suttyn, Briana, Austin, Braxton, Lawsyn, Kris, Lora, Kellie, Brent, Tony, Mike, Nancy, Buck, Diane, Sheila, Vicki, David, Cleone, Delores, Gayle and Pete. He is also survived by cousins, and many other relatives.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Redfield - First Congregational United Church of Christ (125 E 7th Ave, Redfield, SD 57469). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at the Rockham - Rockham Grace Cemetery.
