He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Belkham and Agnes Belkham (Heffelman); and his foster parents, Dow Phoenix and Hoakie Phoenix. He is survived by: his former wife Betty Walker; his wife Barbara Roeber of Tulare, SD; his stepdaughter Nichole Archer (Kelly) of Gettysburg, SD; his sons, Larry Belkham (Laurie) of Dupuyer, MT, Joe Belkham of Sherman, TX and Jeff Belkham (Brenda) of Ft. Pierre, SD.; and his half-sister Neva Gomez (Patrick) of Bloomington, IL.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
