He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Marzahn and Mabel Marzahn (Lunstrum); and his sister Sandra Kyle. He is survived by: his former wife Lynda Robertson; his daughter LeAnn Boomsma (Steve) of Hitchcock, SD; his grandchildren, Charise Boomsma, Tyler Boomsma of Colorado Springs, CO, Jacob Boomsma (Kassie) of Hitchcock, Jordann Hansen (Adam) of Redfield, Brenna Sibson, Paisleigh, Christian (Cassie Beckett) and Kaytlyn Boomsma of Hitchcock; his great grandchildren, Jay Marzahn (Shawna) of Redfield, Isabella Vasquez, SJ, Hudson, Amaya Boomsma, Carter, Callen, Cambree Hansen and Kemberlynn Gordon; his brother Loren Marzahn (Cynthia) of Redfield; his close friend Evelyn Ost; and also, Jerika Gordon (Cooper) of Tulare, Shyann, Tegan and Paige Marzahn of Redfield. He is also survived by children; many nieces and nephews.

Masks and social distancing are encouraged at both the funeral home and the church.
