He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil McNeely and Mabel McNeely (Brachvogel); and his wife Frances Galvin. He is survived by: his children, Janet Brubakken (Richard) of Brookings, SD, Allen McNeely (Connie) of Pierre, SD and Russel McNeely (Lisa) of Aberdeen; and his siblings, Leslie McNeely (Judy) of Coon Rapids, MN, Donna Hogg (Daryl) of Faulkton, SD. and Mary Lee Stevens (Jerry) of Faulkton, SD.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, a private family graveside service, with military honors, will take place on Friday, May 1, 2020, at Greenlawn Cemetery in Redfield.
