He is survived by: his wife Janet Way; his children, Robert Gruenwald (Amber), Amanda Vander (Jason), Anthony Gruenwald (Kim Wagner), Emily Smithback (Jordan), Nathaniel Gruenwald (Renae), Kenton Gruenwald and Crystal Arthurs (Jorden); his grandchildren, Summer Vander, Alex Vander, Jeff Vander, Karaline Smithback, Ella Gruenwald, Elliza Smithback, Chloe Gruenwald, Oliver Smithback, Owen Gruenwald, Melanie Smithback and Corbin Arthurs; his siblings, Norita Rice, Wilfred Gruenwald (Patty), Karen Lau (Dennis), Janice Winegar (Bill), Joseph Gruenwald, Betty Moore, Mary Wurtz, Richard Gruenwald (Bette), Jerry Gruenwald (Jacquie) and Douglas Gruenwald; and his brother-in-law Roald Amundson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
