He was predeceased by: his sibling Isadore White Wolf; his parents, Moses Wolf and Orpha White Wolf; his siblings, Jaycelle White Wolf and Lanley White Wolf; and his nephew Marvin White Wolf.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his grandchildren, Ricki Jade, Colin (Vanessa), LaRissa, Cole, Dexter White Wolf, Tyler, Thunder, Madison and Monica Chesarek; and his siblings, Sadie White Wolf, Burtis White Wolf, Elvira White Wolf, Jackie LeClaire (Reggie), Goldstein Little Eagle and Frieda White Wolf-Smith.
He treasured his friendships, Due to the COVID Pandemic and accordance with the CRST ordinance in regards to funerals, Sullivan's family will have a traditional memorial, feed and giveaway after a year depending on when restrictions are lifted.
