He is survived by: his wife Marian Wilson; his child Ronald Anthony; his spouse Linda O'Melia; his daughter Kristine Gullikson (Stephen) of Rapid City; his grandchildren, Christopher Johnson and Alyssa Johnson of Sif Gullikson; and his siblings, Barbara Grenier (Duane) of Iowa City, IA, Michael Johnson (Marie) and Robert Johnson (Mary).
