It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lewis Morrow of Rapid City, South Dakota, who passed away on March 14, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Salmon and Fred Morrow; his grandchildren, Gerritt Lighthart, Darien Lighthart Compton, Rachel and Benjamin Omdal; his great grandchild Maddy Compton; and also Alice Kelly.
He is survived by: his partner Andre Kaiser; his daughter Dawn Morrow Barney (Kory Barney); his grandchildren, Brandon, Bridger and Brent (Laura); his great grandchildren, Preston, Ellanor, Patience and Leo; and also, Marta Boyett (Jeff Adams), Nancy Boyett (Brian Lighthart) and Laura Boyett.
Beyond these commitments, Bob was active in numerous civic organizations, including the Arbor Day Foundation, the Rapid City Beautification Committee, and the Marshall Posse.
