He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fredelon and Mamie Marie Labor (DeGeest). He is survived by: his wife Dianne Forrette Labor; his children, Dean Robert Labor (Erika), Cindy Andrews and Sheri Pahkamaa (Martin) of North Pole, AK.; his grandchildren, Sara Labor, McCartney Hovell (Travis) of Las Vegas, NV, Ally Green (Zach Sibal) of Mesa, AZ, Oliver Graeme Garrison (Rebecca VanBebber) of Edmonds, WA., Noelle Johnson (Andrew), Tiffani French (Jason), Jacoppi Pahkamaa of North Pole, AK and Ellison Pahkamaa of North Pole, AK.; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Kimber French, Emma Johnson of Sioux Falls, AD and Ava Johnson of Sioux Falls, SD.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home (2700 Jackson Blvd, Rapid City, SD 57702).
