Rachel C. Coats Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Rachel C. Coats of Rapid City, South Dakota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Remily and Myrtle Remily (Fortin); and her siblings, Gladys, Lorene, Dorothy, Elaine, Lila, Marvel and Marvin.
She is survived by: her brother Maurice Remily (Judi); her siblings-in-law, Jim Mann and Mildred Remily; her sons, Michael, Dana (Sheree) and Don; her niece Karen Davis of Rapid City; and her son Larry (Nancy) of Clifton Forge, VA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and at 6:00 PM at the Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home (2700 Jackson Blvd, Rapid City, SD 57702). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Black Hills Catholic Church (12365 Sturgis Rd, Piedmont, SD 57769). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pine Lawn Memorial Park (4301 Tower Rd, Rapid City, SD 57701).
