She was predeceased by: her daughter Vicki. She is survived by: her children, Linda Herreman (Wayne), Alexis Jo, Lilly Jo, Justin (Renee), Emma, Isabelle, Lily, Jason (Jenn), Joe (Ann), Zack and Ava; her sister Shirley Biel; her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Seidel and Muriel Seidel; and also Joshua.
Pearl (Seidel) Penor 88 years old has passed at Rapid City Regional Hospital on Friday, June 15, 2018 after many years dealing with advanced Alzheimer's.
