He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley W. Flack and Harmina H. Broekema-Flack; and his sisters, Patsy, Delores, Sharon and Alice.
He is survived by: his son Lloyd Arlie (Linda) of Rapid City; his wife Louise F. Morsett; his children, Leslie of Rapid City, Debra of Hill City and Wanda Schartz of Rapid City; and his brothers, Robert Flack, Harold Flack (Arlene), Wesley Flack (Rhonda) and Wiley Flack (Kathryn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
