The memory of Leona Berdine Engel Bebee of Rapid City, South Dakota, who passed away on January 13, 2025 at the age of 97, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, August Dammann and Mathilda Dammann (Krueger); her sons, Gary, Randy and David; her former husband Erwin Engel; her husband George Bebee; and her daughter-in-law Vikki.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Kalin (Troy); her children, Merina (Zac) and Merissa (Bob); her grandchildren, Walter and Thelma; her daughter Kathryn (Christian); her grandchild Wrenly; her child Allie; her grandson Kerry (Rhonda); her great grandchild Keegan; her granddaughter Kasey (Matt); her great grandchildren, Grace, Eric and Levi; her daughter-in-law Arelen; her stepchildren, Loren, Kevin (Rene), Lissa and Jeff (Anne); her close friends, Harold and Cam; and also, Jason (Mistie) and Justin (Kristin). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home (2700 Jackson Blvd, Rapid City, SD 57702). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Church (1900 Evergreen Dr, Rapid City, SD 57702).
