It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Mary Kieffer of Rapid City, South Dakota, who passed away on November 28, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sons, David and Michael; her mother Day; her grandchildren, Alisha, Ezra, Nina and Nora; her siblings, Thomas, John, Richard and Sandra; her mother Patricia Arnold (Straw); her daughter Tamika Anderson; and her siblings, Dominick Kieffer, Joseph Kieffer, Gloria Jean Kieffer and Judith Harbert.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Black Hills Funeral Home (1440 Junction Ave, Sturgis, SD 57785). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Black Hills National Cemetery (20901 Pleasant Valley Dr, Sturgis, SD 57785). A reception was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the VFW Post 1273 (420 Main St, Rapid City, SD 57701).
