He was predeceased by: his parents, John I. Binegar and Beverly J. Binegar (Turnbull); his sister Bonnie Jo Binegar; and his grandparents, Dorothy Janssen, Wayne Turnbull, Irene Ibsen and Claude Binegar.
He is survived by: his daughter Reyna Binegar of Spearfish, SD; his siblings, Lisa Harley (Chad) of Hermosa, SD, Susan Tuck (Steve) of Idaho Fall, ID and Tom Binegar (Tina) of Holladay, UT; and his stepmother Polly Binegar of Rapid City, SD..
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Osheim-Schmidt Funeral Home (2700 Jackson Blvd, Rapid City, SD 57702).
