It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Lora Lester of Rapid City, South Dakota, who passed away on February 22, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence Ira Radtke; her parents-in-law, Carl and Irene Lester; and her brothers-in-law, Steven Lester and Gary Lester.
She is survived by: her mother Louise Radtke; her husband Gregory Carl Lester; her children, Sunny Long (Chris) and Chance Lester (Nicole); her grandchildren, Crosby, Ruby, Morgan and Lynae; and her siblings, Cheryl Taylor (Tim), Pam Lester, Sandra Burns (Jeff) and Gregg Radtke (Nadine).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Rimrock Church (12200 SD-44, Rapid City, SD 57702). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the Pine Lawn Memorial Park (4301 Tower Rd, Rapid City, SD 57701).
