He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Banning and Kathryn Banning; and his sister Sandra "Sandy" Moyer. He is survived by: his wife Deb; his children, Megan (Berkeley), Tom (Stephanie) and Brittany (Chris); his grandchildren, Jackson, Landon, Luke, Zack and Emerson; and his sisters, Rita (Jim) and Norma (Neil). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hill City Senior Center (227 Walnut Ave, Hill City, SD 57745).
