We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2019, at the age of 85, Irene Harriet Varney (Rapid City, South Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Bills and Ione Bills (Knudtson); and her spouse Richard Dean Varney. She is survived by: her daughter Debra Leo (Greg) of Hillsboro, OR; and her siblings, Marlow Bills of Washington, Helara Northern (Carl), Roger Bills and Delores Smock of Oregon. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
