He is survived by: his son Alan Wesley (Julie); his wife Arlene M. Carroll; his children, Elaine Karsky (Rich) and Howard Flack (Jeanne); and his brothers, Robert, Wesley (Rhonda) and Wiley Flack (Kathryn). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
