He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Litz; his parents, Irv Litz and Violet Litz; his parents-in-law, Hilding and Elvi Stonefelt; and his siblings, Steve Litz and Kay Carr.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jodi Litz (Echoe Johnson) and Amy Litz (John Smith); his granddaughter Hannah Lehmkuhl; his sisters, Suzanne Williams (Mac) and Judy Boegler (Steve); and his siblings-in-law, Eleanor Lawton and David Stonefelt (Bonnie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
