We bid farewell to Donna Davis of Rapid City, South Dakota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 9, 2024 at the age of 83. Donna touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Donna leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Donna may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, S. L. Wendling and Loretta Wendling; her son Daniel; and her siblings, Renee, Kathy (Gayle), Bette Kaye and Cliff.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie, Denise (Travis) and Dave (Terri). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cathedral (520 Cathedral Dr, Rapid City, SD 57701). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (1901 Sheridan Lake Rd, Rapid City, SD 57702).
