It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clifford D. Allen of Rapid City, South Dakota, who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandmother Anna Oden Westman; his mother Mary Westman Allen Howard; his children, Teresa, Casey and Rocky; his grandchild Maksim; his siblings, Gordon Howard, Richard Howard, Ovida Kuhn, Bonnie Clausen, Ross Allen and Victor Allen; and also Sheryl Ann Stanko.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kirk Funeral Home (1051 E Minnesota St, Rapid City, SD 57701). A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Black Hills National Cemetery (20901 Pleasant Valley Dr, Sturgis, SD 57785).
