It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Janice Roberts of Rapid City, South Dakota, who passed away on April 10, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Barbara Janice leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Walker and Ruth Walker (Laib); her siblings, William and Carol; and her grandson Albert.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Roberts; her daughters, Kristi Klein of Rapid City, Kelly Banning (Mike) of Rapid City and Kandy Floyd of Rapid City; and her grandchildren, Martinik Gonzales of Phoenix, AZ, Levi Klein of Colorado Springs, CO and Jordan Klein of Rapid City, SD. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home (2700 Jackson Blvd, Rapid City, SD 57702).
