It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Starr of Rapid City, South Dakota, born in Willow Lake, South Dakota, who passed away on August 26, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Phillips and Gertrude Phillips; her husband Richard Starr; and her son Michael Starr. She is survived by: her children, Jane Cheesman (Chester Cheesman), Scott Starr, Clay Starr (Pam Wright) and Rose Starr (Jonathan Roberts); and her grandchildren, Skye Lynn Row, Sasha Fogle, Micheal Starr, Ivy March, Jynessa Starr, Autumn Biers and Ireland Larsen. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to her family to take care of her expenses.
