With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Atlas Dawn McPherson of Rapid City, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 26, 2025 at the age of 1. He was predeceased by: his grandmother Michelle Youngblood. He is survived by: his parents, Jon McPherson and Shalyn McPherson; his siblings, Elijah, Samuel, Evelyn, Maximus, Eleanor and Phoenix; his grandparents, Joe Youngblood, James McPherson and Linda Hjelseth (Dale); his aunts and uncles, Brandon McPherson (Erikah), Austin Youngblood (Ashley) and Jessalyn Youngblood; and his cousins, Justin, Charles, McKenzie, Scotty, Casey, Liam and Percy.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the First Assembly of God Church (4905 S. Hwy 16, Rapid City, SD 57701). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
