It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Hanson of Ramona, South Dakota, who passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gary Hanson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hanson and Myrtle Hanson (Hagemann); his cousin Bernadine Loge; his granddaughter Brenna Elizabeth Hanson; his siblings-in-law, Garland and Ellavine Burdette; and his brothers, Garlene (Jerry Francis) and Jim Burdette.
He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Kim Wermers of Madison, SD and Brian Hanson (Rebecca) of Ramona; his grandchildren, Carter Wermers, Paige and Brayden Hanson; his brother Dwayne (Sue); his aunt Lois; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Burdette (Deb) of Boone, IA and Phyllis Burdette of Plymouth, MN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
