She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hoffman Sr. and Eva Glenn Hoffman (Swank); and her brothers, Joseph Wayne Hoffman Jr., Leo Richard Hoffman, Glenn "Moose" Thomas Hoffman and William Timothy Hoffman.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Lentz; her children, Sabrina Marie, Jeremy Lee (Katrina) and Jesse James; her granddaughter Taylor; and her sister Joann Adeline Jewel (Elwood). She is also survived by family; and sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, cousins and family.
