It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David John Leheska in Pukwana, South Dakota, born in Mitchell, South Dakota, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Loraine Leheska, Delbert and Dorothy Schmitt; his father-in-law Ken Kittelson; and his cousins, Brian Hanson and Anthony Mueller.
He is survived by: his parents, Steve Leheska and Gail Leheska (Schmitt) of Chamberlain, SD; his wife Laura Leheska (Kittelson); his children, Tyler Leheska, Luke Leheska, Sienna Leheska and Grant Leheska; his brother Michael Leheska (Jennifer); his nieces and nephews, Kilian and Bridget of Canyon, TX; his mother-in-law Glenda Kittelson of Henry, SD; his brothers-in-law, Heath Kittelson (Jami) and Travis Kittelson (Leah); his nieces and nephews, Wyatt and Maddy; his brother-in-law Matt Kittelson (Brandi); and his nieces and nephews, Colton of Henry, SD, Cooper of Henry, SD and Clayton of Henry, SD. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
