He was predeceased by: his parents, William Priebe and Minnie Priebe (Klemenhagen); his wife Dorothy Priebe; his son Gene Priebe; his siblings, Arnold Priebe (Grace), William Priebe (Margueriete), Lloyd Priebe, Wilma Fisher (Donald), Beulah Larson, Cleota Sly (Duane), Irene Zastrow (George) and Laura Priebe; and his siblings-in-law, Dale Anderson, Donnie Blasius, Larry Blasius, Jim Picek, Delmer Mines, Chester Pazour, Dwayne Thomas and Peggy Gagner (Larry).
He is survived by: his children, Cliff Priebe, Jeff Priebe (Karla) and Rita Holter (Jim); his grandchildren, Eugene Priebe, Bradley Priebe, Ethan Holter and Amelia Holter; his sister Marcheta Anderson; and his siblings-in-law, Aileen Priebe, Irene Mines, Doris Klose (Ed), Marie Pazour, Ruth Thomas, Gayle Blasius, Bob Blasius (Loretta), Mike Blasius (Nancy) and Chuck Blasius (Dayle).
