He is survived by: his spouse Donna Tuttle; his children, Tammy of Lincoln, NE, Anne (Owen) of Porcupine, SD and Galen of Austin, TX.; his grandchildren, Isabelle, Jack Hesson, Charles Eagle Bull, Landon and Ava Little; his aunt Leatrice Mills of Rapid City; and his siblings, Leatrice Big Crow of Pine Ridge, Yvonne DeCory of Pine Ridge, Mary Louise Iron Cloud of Porcupine, Leo Eagle Bull, Ryan Eagle Bull of Rapid City and James Eagle Bull of Texas.
