It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Bultsma (Platte, South Dakota), who passed away on December 4, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry T. Bultsma and Jessie T. Bultsma (Bult); his son Daniel; his grandchildren, Logan Theodore Frei and Janel Reed; and his sons-in-law, Raymond Urban and Kevin Antonsen.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Hoving; his children, David Bultsma (Brenda) of Platte, SD, Cheryl Reed of Platte, SD, Beverly Antonsen of Platte, SD, Janice Urban of Pukwana, SD, Barbara Powell (Todd) of Chamberlain, SD, William Bultsma (Chandel) of Vermillion, SD and Patricia Frei (Bill) of Wagner, SD; his grandchildren, Josh Bultsma (Julie), Coy, Rory, Riata, Tayten, Bridget Bender (Jared), Hayes, Jarrod Bultsma (Jacki), Dawson, Hayden, Austen, Jeri Dahlman (Isaac), Kurt, Wade, Jody Beeson (Steven), Sophie, Kip, Teddy and Jill Antonsen; and his great grandchildren, Hope Antonsen, Michael Urban (Nichole), Anthony, Allison, Ryan Urban (Samantha), Trace, Huntley, Rhett, Tara Wieczorek (Kyle), Reagan, Emma, Carter, Brooklynn Kieffer (Ross), Savanna, Rebecca Herman (Matt), Elizabeth Luczak (Matt), Nathan Powell, Collin Powell, Thomas Powell, Jasmine Stewart (Ryan), Eliot, Alice, Colton Frei and Callie Frei. He is also survived by three brothers; four sisters; Carol's sister; along with many nieces and nephews.
